Your first visit

Nothing about a first appointment should be a surprise. Here is exactly how it goes.

What happens

We start with a detailed health history, because the useful information is usually in what happened before the pain started. Then a physical examination to check for misalignment and work out what is actually driving the problem.

After that the doctor tells you what he found and what he would suggest. You are not committed to a plan of care before you have heard one.

What to bring

Your insurance card, a photo ID, and any imaging or records you already have. If you are here because of a car accident or a work injury, bring the claim details as well. Filling in the paperwork below beforehand saves about fifteen minutes in the waiting room.

Call the office and ask for Jennifer before your visit. She will check your specific plan and tell you what it covers, which is a much better conversation to have in advance.
