Spinal decompression and therapy

Decompression

Spinal decompression and therapy

An integrative approach: we look at everything affecting the problem, not just the spot that hurts.

Decompression

Decompression gently lengthens the spine to take pressure off discs and the nerves running past them. It is most useful for the problems that adjustment alone tends to improve slowly, and it runs alongside your regular care rather than replacing it.

Electrical muscle stimulation

Muscle guarding is what keeps a lot of back and neck problems going. Electrical stimulation settles that down, which makes the adjustment hold longer and hurt less getting there.

Core strengthening

The reason a back problem comes back is usually that nothing was done about why it happened. Targeted strengthening is the part that keeps you out of the office, which is the point.

In our therapy department

  • Electrical muscle stimulation
